FEES AND INSURANCE
Willow Tree Healing Center accepts most insurance for individual and group therapy. You are responsible for verifying your insurance will cover your treatment. Call the number on the back of your membership card and ask if they will cover treatment with Willow Tree and have them fully explain your coverage so you understand your responsibilities for deductibles and copays.
We are not contracted with insurance companies for Network Spinal or Acupuncture. These will be out of pocket fee for service.

Out-of-Network Insurance (OON) Companies
We do not have contracts so if you want to use this insurance, make sure you have OON benefits, otherwise you will be responsible for the full fee. We are able to submit claims for you.

If you have no insurance or choose not to use it, we also accept private pay and have limited sliding scale fees for eligible clients.
Fees
Individual and group therapy
- Intake/Diagnostic Assessment: $250
- 60 min Individual Therapy: $200
- 45 min Individual Therapy: $150
- Group Therapy: $50
For Network Spinal and Acupuncture, fees will be discussed with the provider.
We accept cash, check, major credit cards and Health Savings Accounts.
